Sunday 27th March sees a first for Sue McKechnie’s popular Sherston Sunday walks – a visit to the Vine Tree at Norton. Walkers from Norton are joining in and Dave Reeve from the charity PROPS has very kindly agreed to transport people from the Vine Tree at 10.30 am to Sherston Village Hall for an 11am start. He will also return those Sherston walkers from the pub who don’t fancy the walk back at around 1.30 pm. Donations to PROPS will be greatly appreciated! Tiggi and Charles at the Vine Tree are generously providing a complementary snack for all those taking part so giving the Rattlebone Inn a welcome break.

The walk is free with no need to book. Just turn up with suitable footwear and clothing for weather conditions on the day. The walk is open to all – if you’re new to the area it’s a great way to meet people and explore our beautiful countryside. Children are most welcome as are well behaved dogs on leads.
