A walk around Sherston

Last year Malmesbury Carnival generously donated £1000 to Sherston Village Hall. By way of a thank you local author Cilla Liddington has kindly agreed to lead a walk and talk around Sherston’s historical centre for this year’s Carnival .The walk will look at the history of the village, places of interest and curious corners. It will last approximately 45 minutes and end with complimentary nibbles at the Rattlebone Inn. This promises to be a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

The walk takes place on Monday 1st August at 7.00 pm. The cost is £3 a person to be paid at the event. Meet at the bus shelter in the High Street next to the former Angel Inn.
