Marie Curie would like to invite you to a special evening event this summer.

The 10k walk takes place in the heart of the South Gloucestershire countryside at  Badminton House and Estate. Participants will walk past the home of the Duke and Duchess of Beaufort, before entering the beautiful deer park, famous for hosting the Badminton Horse Trials. Dogs are also welcome.

After completing the walk, participants will be invited to settle down with a picnic and enjoy the festival-like celebrations with live music, entertainment and spectacular fireworks at 10pm. These fireworks coincide with the time many Marie Curie Nurses start their night shift, providing care to people with terminal illnesses and their families in their own homes.
We’re asking each walker to aim to raise £60 which pays for three hours of Marie Curie nursing care. It costs £10 for an adult to register and under 16’s are free but must be accompanied by an adult.
